Shipping

How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to process, then 7–14 days to deliver to your door.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order, every destination, no minimum.
Where do you ship?
US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Not listed? Email us and we'll see what we can do.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. Enter it on our Track Your Order page. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for it to activate.
My order hasn't arrived.
Check your tracking first. If the 14-day window has passed and there's been no movement for 3+ business days, email us with your order number.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Multiple items may ship separately. Each package has its own tracking number.
Are there customs fees?
Possibly, depending on your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We can't predict or control them.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for defective, damaged, or significantly misrepresented items. Full details in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged.
Email info@ahmadstechstore.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. Replacement or full refund — your call.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of placing it, before processing starts. Email us immediately. Once dispatched, it can't be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
2–5 business days to process on our end, then 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments

What do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Powered by Shopify — PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details.
What currency?
USD. Your bank converts at checkout. Any conversion fees are set by your bank, not us.

Compatibility is listed on every product page. Not sure? Ask us before you order.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Verified suppliers only. We don't sell counterfeit or copied branded goods.
What voltage?
Most products support 100–240V. Specifics are on each product page. Contact us if you need to confirm before ordering.

Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout works fine. An account saves your address and order history for next time.
I didn't get a confirmation email.
