We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
•    Item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in original factory condition.
•    All original accessories, cables, manuals, adapters, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.
•    Serial number and IMEI stickers must be intact and untampered.
•    Item must not show signs of physical damage, modification, unauthorized repair, installation, activation, excessive handling, or misuse.
•    Item must not contain substituted, missing, or non-original components.
•    Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
•    Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
•    For devices, all account locks (iCloud, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, or similar services) must be removed before return.
•    Products showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, software modification, activation locks, or customer-caused damage may be rejected or subject to a partial refund where applicable.

Please back up and permanently remove all personal data from any device before returning it. ahmadstechstore.com is not responsible for any personal data left on returned products.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@ahmadstechstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs
•    If a return is requested because of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, ahmadstechstore.com will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
•    If a return is requested for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect purchase, compatibility issues not caused by us, or buyer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.
ahmadstechstore.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit when a shipping method not provided by us is used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ahmadstechstore.com and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Manufacturing defects reported after the 30-day return period may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer or authorized service center where applicable.

Customer-caused damage, including but not limited to drops, impacts, liquid damage, power surges, improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair attempts, is not covered under this return policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item following the approved return process and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

Product Type
•    Activated software licenses, digital downloads, activation codes, or product keys once delivered.

•    Opened in-ear headphones or earbuds due to hygiene reasons.
•    Consumable products showing signs of use.
•    Standalone batteries, hazardous materials, or flammable products where returns are restricted by law or shipping regulations.

Timing & Transaction
•    Returns requested after the applicable return period.
•    Clearance items, final-sale items, or products specifically marked as non-returnable.
•    Gift cards.
•    Promotional-event purchases where non-returnability was clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Policy Violations
•    Returns submitted without prior authorization.
•    Returns without valid proof of purchase.
•    Devices returned with active iCloud, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, MDM, or similar security locks.
•    Repeat returns that indicate abuse of the return policy.

Return Inspection & Fraud Prevention
All returned products undergo inspection and verification.

We may verify serial numbers, IMEI numbers, product condition, and included accessories against shipment records.
Returns may be rejected if:
•    The returned product is not the same item originally shipped.
•    Components or accessories have been substituted.
•    Serial numbers do not match company records.
•    Evidence of tampering, misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is identified.

Rejected returns may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Returned items are generally inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Partial refunds may be issued when returned items are missing accessories, packaging materials, manuals, adapters, or other included components. Any deduction will be based on the replacement cost or reduction in value of the missing or damaged items.
