Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Your tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

Transit & Delivery

We ship to all addresses within the United States. Total estimated delivery time (including processing and transit) is 4–12 business days.

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is emailed immediately upon dispatch. You can use your tracking number on our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

 

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers to ensure faster delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@ahmadstechstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched and cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrectly entered address.
