Processing

1–3 business days after payment. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of dispatch. Delays can occur during peak periods or at customs.

Tracking

Emailed at dispatch. Use it on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's site. Allow 24–48 hours after your confirmation email for tracking to go live.

Split Shipments

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email info@ahmadstechstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

Customs & Duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over them and can't predict the amount. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your address before checkout. We can't redirect orders once dispatched and aren't responsible for deliveries lost due to incorrect addresses.
